I wanted to draw a "you will want to adopt" homeless girl. But somehow she ended more like a "you will want to adopt" wild lion like girl. Anyway I'm happy with the result.

Quería dibujar una niña sin hogar tan tierna que causara ganas de adoptala. De algun modo terminó viendose más como una niña con rasgos de leoncito salvaje que causa ganas de adoptarla. De cualquier modo estoy feliz con el resultado.

Ella vivía en un pueblito cerca de la frontera, su ilusion era cantar pero su padre no aceptaba, huyó de casa en busca de dinero y fama... lalaraaaaa ja ja ja ja Juanita Banana, Juanita Banana.
Al final tuvo exito con su cancionsita esa segun dice la cancion. XD

In a little quiet town, just south of the Mexican borther, there lived a lovely Juanita, a banana grower's daughter. She longed to sing at the opera but her father laughed and made fun. Still Juanita would sing each day in the fields as soon as her work was done. Juanita moved to the city in search of fortune and fame.
It didn't take more than a couple of songs, she had won the world's acclaim.
Her father back home was astounded, his Juanita Banana a star?
He burned down the trees, he moved to the city and he bought himself a guitar.
